We had tried to sell our cabin and had gone through two buyers who couldn’t get funding. Since my husband had lost his job we really needed someone who would look after our interests and work for us. We weren’t pleased with the realtor we had. That realtor’s contract was past our agreement, so we switched to Larry. Larry let us know every time he had another interested buyer. When our last buyer signed a contract to buy, we closed in 6 weeks. Larry was professional from the very first conversation I had with him. He kept us up to date every step of the way from start to finish. The very first question I had for him was why we hadn’t received the earnest money from the title company from the buyer who had just terminated his contract. He called the title company and we had the money before the end of the week. He called us back and let us know what was going on and made sure the title company got the check in the mail to us. Larry, came by the cabin while we were visiting RR to introduce himself personally. He was polite and respectful. He knew selling wasn’t wanting something we wanted to do, but had to do and he was supportive and caring. If you are looking for a realtor as a buyer or seller, we highly recommend Larry Crawford!!!
